Remember to poop 2 or 3 times a day!  Drink more water, take herbal colon cleanse and psyllium fiber (Dr Clark)

Drink clean fluoride free water

No sugar, grains, pasta, breads, fried foods, caffeine, artificial sweeteners

Eat Organic food.  If too expensive, check the dirty dozen foods and buy those in organic.

Get a good night sleep!!

Walk! Take the stairs, Keep walking every day!

Think positive! Feel positive!

Quiet the negative Ego! (all the constant mind chatter)

Breathe deeply!

Relax your body!  Feel where your body is tight/pain/uncomfortable and breath into it and relax that area.
